3D design of a luxury Moroccan villa, created by our studio: an architectural masterpiece that marries modern and traditional Moroccan architecture, with refined geometric motifs, ornate woodwork and noble materials.

Living rooms with generous volumes, a formal dining room, exceptional rugs and sculptural chandeliers: each render highlights a contemporary reading of the Moroccan art of hosting, right down to the traditional salons dressed in the emblematic red rugs.

This complete study allowed the client to visualise each space precisely and to approve the finishes before execution.

Modern and traditional Moroccan salons

This luxury Moroccan villa combines two arts of hosting: contemporary salons with clean lines and traditional Moroccan salons with their emblematic red rugs, embroidered sedari and worked ceilings. The 3D design makes it possible to harmonise these worlds (geometric motifs, ornate woodwork, sculptural chandeliers) within a smooth circulation, typical of the great residences of Marrakech and Casablanca.

Noble materials and exceptional finishes

Marble, precious wood, brass and high-end upholstery fabrics: the finishes specification details every material so the craftspeople execute the works to the level of demand of the approved 3D render. It is the guarantee of a luxury villa delivered without unpleasant surprises, within budget.
