Villa Prestigia Marrakech

Villa Prestigia is a high-end villa in Marrakech, for which Mr Mine Deco orchestrated the complete interior decoration, from 3D design through to final delivery. The project marries a clean contemporary design with bold accents: textured relief walls, deep red velvet, golden brass and carefully selected artworks.

The double-height living room, the sculptural dining room and the red-and-white lacquered kitchen illustrate our approach: spectacular yet liveable spaces, where every material is chosen for its quality and durability. The staircase with its stainless-steel balustrades and the green zellige pool complete this signature look.

Each room was first modelled as a photorealistic 3D render, approved by the client, then built under our team’s supervision: coordinating craftspeople, site supervision in Marrakech and quality control of the finishes through to delivery.
